2.1 Registration Requirements

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus applies only to the game or category specified in the relevant promotion.

6.1 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.

• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. Before the account is closed, the opportunity to process verified withdrawals from any legitimate balance will be provided.

bengal works to ensure the highest quality of service, but will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• If a game or bet is disrupted due to an internet connection failure or a problem with the user's device.
